Was slightly difficult in that there wasn't a printed packing list and then you have to wait for your shipping label. I had to go back and figure out which book I sold them once I was emailed the label because it didn't say and there wasnt an email confirming the quote. You can just tape Fedex label on package, don't need envelope. I was paid within the week, so overall a great transaction. They just need to workout the bugs.

I was pleasantly surprised how fast I received my payment. All around a perfect transaction. Would be great to have USPS shipping as an option even though they are slow at delivery. There are no close FedEx drop offs where I live but you can call FedEx or go online and schedule a picked up which is always a great option and saves on gas!! Very happy customer and I would not hesitate to use them again =)

It was inconvinent to take the package to a Federal Express office. Needed a plastic sleeve for the label which only can be obtain from a Federal Express Office. Should have a U.S. Mail option.
