	Feb 2012	I find that they have the highest payback and I have had no problems getting paid. I will wait until I have at least $40 each time before sending them books so that I can use FEDEX. Last time I got paid 3 days after they received my package for a total of 8 days from when I sent and from when I got paid.
	Jan 2012	I suspect that the last 3 reviews are fake since we are still waiting for multiple payments dating back to May 2011 (14 orders = $352). The company replied to one email saying that they would pay us "as soon as possible", that was a week ago. They have not replied to subsequent emails and we have not been paid. Under no circumstances should you use this company!!!
	Jan 2012	Everything worked out fine for myself, didn't have any issues. My bank payment was made within 13 days. The site says 15 is the average.. FYI, if you enter the coupon code Freemoola5, you will get a bonus $5.oo added to your order. I don't think this is widely advertised, I did some research and found it on retailmenot.com, it expires May 31st 2012. Enjoy!
	Jan 2012	I made a huge mistake of sending 4 boxes of books to this company back in Oct. 2011 worth hundreds of dollars! I've gotten the run around that the check is in the mail since Dec 2011! I would never have used this company...there are so many other responsible and fair book companies to sell to. I will never make this mistake again!
	Jan 2012	Glad I didn't read all the December reviews before trying this buyer. The first couple of boxes sent took a while - but my email queries were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. Subsequent boxes have been handled faster - the last one very quickly indeed. Whatever was the problem seems to have been addressed. Great place to do business with - keep up the good work!

	Dec 2011	I have waiting to receive payment on my books that this company received on November 28, 2011. I am not at all satisfied at the length of time it has taken after being informed that payment was made and sent on December 12, 2011. I will be contacting all students at my school, FB friends and the Better Business Bureau about the extremely poor service this company provides. It may not seem like a lot of money to them, but come on, they have taken the property that is worth far more then what is given, and will be sold at the market value. Too bad I can't leave a "no" star rating.

Everytime I would call, they would have a different excuse, including something about their system was hacked and money would be sent in a timely manner. That was, like I said, over a year ago. So, I finally just gave up. Do not do business with this company!
	Nov 2011	The prices the site offers for books are great, but the service is extremely slow. I opted to try the site again after using them over the summer. They took almost 2 months to pay me only after several emails and phone calls. I tried them again because I felt the customer service in resolving the issue was great, but i really shouldn't have to go through this every time i send something to them. I seriously hope this gets resolved soon 4 weeks is a little ridiculous!

I have not received any confirmation of that and according to their website payments should be received in about 2 weeks. I'd really like my payment.

On November 1st, I followed up with an email asking for payment. They responded promptly so that was good but they said they only received 1 out of my 6 books that were all shipped together. And they didn't pay the price they said they would for the 1 book they supposedly received. Very unsatisfied and would not recommend to anyone.
	Oct 2011	I am having trouble with you as a vendor. I sent you my books on July 10, 2011. My order number is 41977. After several weeks you finally acknowledged they were received. To date I have not received the amount you owe me $55.62.It's been almost 3 1/2 months. I have e-mailed you and also left a phone message. Both inquires were unanswered. Please follow up on your promise of "quick" payment.
	Oct 2011	Had an accepted offer and sent books to them on June 1, requesting payment by check. After over 3 months of no contact, I followed up by e-mail. They assured me the check was in the mail. The check finally arrived--dated September 1, but the postmark on the envelope showed that it wasn't mailed until October 18--6 and half weeks after the check was purportedly cut! Plus the check states "VOID AFTER 60 DAYS" which is especially galling since it apparently took them 47 days to get the check into an envelope and in the mail. Highly inefficient, very frustrating, and not at all recommended.

	Oct 2011	It took them four weeks after receiving my books to send payment and that was only after I sent an e-mail asking why I hadn't been paid yet. Also, PayPal took out a 2.9%+30c fee, which hasn't happened with any other buyback site I've used. However, even considering the fee, I still got more for my books than I would have through any other site and they didn't reject or "adjust" the prices for any of my books. If you want the most money for your books but are willing to be patient and follow up, give Moola4Books a try.
	Sep 2011	This company offers good prices for books BUT getting paid is difficult. They did not return my phone calls; I eventually spoke to someone after making numerous tries. I spoke to the same lady and she gave me contradictory info. First they had trouble with hackers on the site and they were waiting for checks. A month later they were still waiting for checks. Who waits over a month to get their business checks? I had to file a report with the BBB to get paid. I remain very suspicious about what the real problem is with this company. After reading negative feedback from much earlier than June and July, when I sent my books in, it seems their problems are long standing. I hope they fix their problems but I won't use them while these problems exist. I feel it would be more ethical for them to stop accepting shipments while they work on whatever issues they are experiencing.
	Sep 2011	I sent over $600 worth of books. They paid me a little under $100. They claimed that they never received multiple shipments. I used the postage provided. It is extremely fishy that they lost multiple shipments. I would chose another company in which to sell your books.
	Sep 2011	I sent Moola4Books 3 books on 8-11. I received an email on 8-15 that they had received my books and I could expect payment in 1-2 days. Another email came on 8-23 that they issued payment. I contacted customer service 8-26 that payment had not been received. I received a reply on 8-29 that payment would arrive shortly. On 9-1 I contacted customer service that payment still has been received. I was told 9-2 that payment was in the mail and that they couldn't do anything until 15 business days from the date the check was mailed. 	Sep 2011	Although I have had my frustrations at times with Moola4Books, overall they are still my favorite company to sell to. Yes, like so many others have noted, I too have experienced very, very slow payments with them. From last winter through the early part of this summer, it took agonizingly long to get my money. It took so long I was really afraid I was going to get stiffed. I didn't get stiffed, however - I eventually did get paid and it was at prices quoted higher than any of the other companies. What I'm most encouraged by is that since mid-summer I have experienced very prompt payments. If this keeps up, I feel I could upgrade the rating to 5 stars. On the few occasions when I've had to call in to customer service, I feel I was treated professionally and courteously. There is no denying that they offer the highest price on many titles and, in my opinion, they have the best website for bulk listing and provide the best free shipping service available.
	Sep 2011	This is part of the email I sent today to the co-owner of Moola4Books who has gotten me paid previously. I will not use this service again, once I am paid for the five orders I currently have outstanding. Once again I find myself sitting on five orders for books sent to Moola4Books in July and August. I used your service again after corresponding with you and feeling hopeful that things were looking up. And once again, I am angry and unpaid. The amount of money isn't huge, but considering selling books is my only source of income, it's pretty important to me. To be honest with you, now when I'm going through Bookscouter, even if Moola has the largest listed price for a book, I will not even consider sending my books there. I do not trust getting paid. It's as simple as that. I read the reviews and know I'm far from the only person disgruntled with this issue.

If they can't handle taking in used books they shouldn't offer it. And they can't handle it.

	Aug 2011	My original email about this company has been removed but the issues still remained. I sent 2 orders for books received in early June. I have yet to get paid although occasionally I receive an email detailing problems with their checking account or most recently several weeks ago that a payment was being issued through paypal I worked with Powells, Textbooks.com. and Chegg and was promptly paid for the books within 10-14 days. I would recommend if you want your money quickly to look elsewhere. I gave them 1 star only because I could not figure out how to give them zero.

It took my filing a Better Business Bureau complaint to get full payment and even then they waited until the day after the deadline for them to reply to the complaint (August 11, 2011) before putting the payments in my PayPal. Will NEVER send them anything again.
	Aug 2011	If I could leave this company one star I would - BEWARE! Sent two shipments in early July, they were tracked as delivered about a week later. No notification of arrival. After a few days I sent an email asking about it, no response. Sent two more emails, no response. Finally called on August 3, they said they were overwhelmed but had received it and would process it right away, and I would receive payment in 2-3 days. Took like 10 minutes to get a processed email for both shipments. Both shipments had downgraded books and a missing book on one. Fishy... Waited a week and after eight days, called on the 11th and took four tries to get through to customer service, otherwise they were unavailable and I could "leave a message". Oh no, I was getting a real person! Finally got to one and she said she could process it right away, didn't know why they hadn't done it. Took a few minutes, but showed up in Paypal. With fees on it. Called AGAIN to complain about the fees, no other book company had charged me fees. They sent me a payment for the fees, and there was a fee on that! This is by far the most awful company I have ever dealt with, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
	Aug 2011	Sent in two orders in May. Wrote twice before being told (in an automated message) that payment was issued in mid-July. Before the checks arrived, received another email that their account had been compromised, and that the checks would not be honored. All payment would be reissued, however, considering how long it took the first two checks to arrive, I am not holding my breath to get anything before Christmas. Have used over half a dozen other companies, and this is the only holdout. All other payments were received within 3 weeks. To me, it would be worth it to get the payment faster and take a lower price than to deal with this hassle again.

I called the company and was told that they were running behind because of the end of the semester. I understood and did business with them again recently. Again I had to call after over 40 days. I was told AGAIN, that they were running behind because of the holiday. EXCUSES...EXCUSES. I will not do business again with this company.

I would recommend against ever selling to them unless you have alot of time to email back and forth and similarly waste your time. I did get paid for all except my last order after all the correspondence, but never in less than 60+ days. You have been warned. Look elsewhere.
	Aug 2011	Sent two packages, delivery confirmation confirmed they were received on July 11 and July 16, respectively. Emailed about both shipments and got no reply. Finally called today and they said they were "running behind" but that my order was received and they should be processing it today. How convenient. Adjusted for two books and claim they never received one. In theory I will be getting paid but I find it very fishy that I got no information until I called, then almost immediately got emails saying they were both processed today (despite being received 5 days apart). I would look further into the adjustments but it's not worth the money. Beware of this company, they seem eager to let you forget you sent them books!

	Jul 2011	I left very negative feedback with a complaint about not getting paid for a two-month old order. Bookscouter stepped in and had one of the owners of Moola4books contact me. The outstanding order was paid, as well as one I had which was one month old. While I applaud the efforts of the owner to right the ship, I still feel something is wrong that he had to get involved, especially after I've read that this has happened time and time again with other sellers. I will still sell to Moola, but will do so in all honesty with some trepidation - and will have the co-owner's email on hand to intervene yet again.
	Jul 2011	I have always been paid from Moola4Books and I have sent multiple packages of books to them. The problem I have with them is that this last time I sent a book in, it took 2 entire months in order to get my check. They received the book (I paid for delivery confirmation) a week after I sent it in and it took them 40 days to check it in. I also had to send them an email reminding them that I had delivery confirmation on my package and that it was delivered a long time ago. I will only use this company if they are the only ones paying significantly more than other companies and I don't need the money right away. I find it very disturbing that it takes them 40 days to check in a package from a buyback. I think one person working would be able to check in packages faster than that.
	Jul 2011	Do not sell your books to this company!!! First they claimed not to have received the $21 in books I sent at the end of May. After I contacted them again they magically find the books but the dont send a check! After contacting them again they claim that they sent the check on 7/1. On 7/10 I send them an email that the check was not received. I received the check on 7/14 with a postmark of 7/11. Do not send your books to this company. Their customer service is a joke, no one answers and you leave a message that no one ever returns. As an aside I sent three other companies books in May and thy all paid promptly. Bottom line- do not sell these people your books unless no one else will buy them

	Jul 2011	Over the last few months I have sent more than a dozen packages to Moola4books.com. I actually send out dozens of packages a day and once a week I catch up on who has or has not paid for the books I sent. Recently I noticed that in all the time I had been sending moola for books packages, they had not paid me a single dime. I emailed thier customer service department asking for them to update me as soon as possible as to why I had not received payment for any of the packages I had sent. I also mentioned that either way, explination, payment or neither I was going to post about my experince and that they could control the out come. Within thre day I had received all of my back payments. This is the only reason I did not give them a lower rating. I do not like companies that require you to go to them after the fact and ask for your payments but that seems to be what moola for books is like. I will only use Moola4books in the following circumstances: 1)No other site is offering a price within $1-$2 of Moola -or- 2) If they are the only ones purchasing the books and I have just enought to meet thier minimum ($8) to ship and I am ok with the idea of pulling teeth later.

It has been almost a month and I'm still waiting. They claim to be overwhelmed right now. In the future I don't expect that will be a issue for them. Would rather sell my book for less than deal with this problem.
	Jun 2011	I am done with Moola-4-books. After using their services many times over the last couple of months, the wait times have increased to beyond an acceptable time frame. Worse still they have stopped responding to emails to customer service and do not answer customer service phone calls. They've had my latest order in their possession for more than two weeks and have not responded to emails about the order status. They may offer slightly more for books, but you'd be much better off using another company where you won't have to wait months for a few extra cents.

	Jun 2011	In trying to be as fair as I can to this company, I'm giving them a 3 rating, only because they've always paid me.....EVENTUALLY...and that is the big problem I see with this company. I've dealt with them 3 times since February. The first time, I was paid in about 3 weeks, slow considering they received my items within a couple of days, but not unreasonable. My second dealing with them, I emailed an inquiry at about 5 weeks, was promptly responded to and was paid at 6 weeks. My last shipment, I sent an email inquiry at 6 weeks, never got a response but noticed within 7 days of that, the status of my shipment changed to "to be paid". At 8 1/2 weeks I finally received payment. I've dealt with at least 13 other book companies on bookscouter and none of them appear to have the issues that this company has.
	Jun 2011	This was the worst online book buy back I have ever had; and I've done this many times. There is a huge wait on email responses when contacting them regarding order statuses. On 5-4-11 I completed my online order process and sent them to be shipped. The internet says to allow 7-11 days for the books to be received and "The Moola 4 Books process approximately takes around 15 days from the time you mail your package until your payment is issued." 21 days after I mailed my package, the online status still said "pending" which indicates it hadn't been received by them so I emailed to check the status. I didn't get a response until 6-15 saying "payment should be made within the next 24-48 hours" and the status changed to "To Be Paid". On 6-22 the status still said "To Be Paid" which is not listed on there list of statuses to tell me what it meant, no payment had been made, so I emailed AGAIN. I finally got my payment on 6-25, a month and a half after I sent it. The lack of communication on their part, uselessness of their website and VERY SLOW process means I will never use them again. I could have dealt with how slow they were, IF they had communicated with me or responded to me in a TIMELY manner.

	Jun 2011	If you don't mind waiting, you will most likely get what you are promised. It took what seemed like FOREVER to get my check, but I received exactly what I was promised ($66). I thought this price was more than reasonable, and it was one of the highest quotes I could get from online textbook buyers. Overall, pretty happy.
	Jun 2011	I've been using Moola (along with other companies) for over 6 months now and I have to say it's one of the best-paying company out there. They buy a lot of books, pay good (although slower than others, but in full) and their customer service is on top of everything if you have a problem. I had one and they solved in 3 business day. I would recommend them to anyone and yes to have enough books to mail with Fed-Ex (for tracking) makes sense, but not necessary, it will get there, you just won't know when :) 5 stars from me
	May 2011	Everything the other negative comments say are true. It's only a 4 hour drive from where I live to where they are located and it still took a month for my order to change from "pending" to "received" and only after I had to email then and ask what was the problem. Then they tell me it's going to take 24-48 hours to process my books that they had to have had for at least 2 weeks. I only sent them 17 books. If it was going to take this long they should say so in a very clear fashion "We don't take getting you your money seriously". I've sold with lots of other websites and have had zero issues, so I won't be using Moola4books.com again.
	May 2011	Good is that they pay a competitive price for your books. The bad is that they are very slow in payment compared with the other companies. I sent books to them on 3/30/2011 and it is 5/20/2011 and still have not received a payment. It takes over a month to just to verify books from pending to paid and when it becomes a paid status you do not know when the check will be sent out. It seems you always have to follow through on your order.
	May 2011	I previously left negative comments regarding Mool4Books after having a long period without payment or response regarding three orders I mailed them. I was contacted by a Moola4books representative and he assured me it is always thier intention to resolve any issue that arises between them and thier customers. Within about a week, all three of my orders were paid fully at the price quoted. It is only fair that I follow up on my previous negative comments once they addressed my complaints and fully compensated me for the books mailed. I would suggest other people that sell to Moola wait until they have $30 worth of books to mail. They offer free FedEx shipping at that price which comes with free tracking confirmation. Moola4Books is slower in processing and updating thier sellers status then some of the others, but the price they pay when buying is usually at the high end of thier competitors. I hope they will continue to improve thier turnaround time, if they do this, they will be the company to sell your books to.
	May 2011	Good Prices but VERY SLOW to process. Sent about $85 worth of books which tracking number stated they received in about 5 days. I waited a month to hear something or at least an email to say they received but nothing so I finally called. When I did the women proceeded to tell me they have been "very busy and backed up on the packages but would get an inspector to look at the books". She said this is not normal and this usually never happens but I knew she was lying due to everyone else comments. She then told me they only received my books a week ago and I needed to be patient but when I asked her the exact date they got the package, she quickly cut me off told me they books would be processed and hung up in my face! No answer when I called back but the money was in my account an hour later! So they will pay you your quoted price just very slow and you might want to call as soon as the tracking number says received to speed them up. Would not use again. Too many other great buyer websites on bookscouter.com with faster payment and no bs customer service.
	May 2011	Extremely slow. I've sent in about 8 boxes of books and I've only been paid for 2 of them. Thanks to Delivery Confirmation, I can see that most of the other packages were delivered about a month ago. Even when I finally received the email stating that my payment was issued for the 2 packages, it took them 11 days to put the check in the mail after that email was sent. Compared to the other buyback sites I've used, this one is sub par.

Used them twice....first time took a very very long time to get paid, but the owner contacted me and was very responsive. The slowness was due to snowstorm - they were closed for 2 days, though it took weeks to get paid. Second time, took about 3 weeks to get paid. They are slow, but I trust them.
	Apr 2011	Unfortunately I can't recommend, as much as I'd like To begin with, the shipping was no problem - the postage is taken care of by prepaid label, it was shipped there by media However, my 3 orders were marked as "pending" - I waited 5 weeks or thereabouts after shipping, then contacted, after which I received full payment (by check) It seems that you have to contact this company in order to get paid (I contacted them via email, and received a response in the next day or so, after which my order was suddenly "found" seemingly, after which I received my check I would use this company as a last resort. As others have noted, they are VERY slow. I used 4-5 other bookbuyers (Powells, Textbooks, Jingle, etc) and all of them were MUCH quicker, and occasionally would send an email to let me know they had received the order and were about to pay Not so for Moola4Books, unfortunately. Although I did receive full payment for the books I sent to Moola and there were no issues with the books and none of them had to be recycled (which Powell did, often, though they did pay me well for the books they took) I did have to contact Moola in order to get paid, it seems This company seems to not receive your books unless you shoot them an email and question with regard to the status of your order Now my order was "pending" for ages. I don't know what would have happened if I had not contacted them with my concerns (I shipped my books to Moola in late February/early March - I contacted them in mid April (!) to ask them if they had received my order as I hadn't heard anything back So be careful with them, and use as a last resort. I did get $100 from them on my 3 shipments of books, but never again. Just too much of a headache, and I had received checks from several other book buyers in the interim
	Apr 2011	I have used this company twice because they usually offer better prices than other sites. Both times I used USPS with delivery confirmation. A couple of other sites I used promptly told me when my books had been received and paid soon thereafter. Moola4books does not notify you when your books have been received, only when they get around to looking at them. In my experience that takes about 3 weeks. Both times I contacted customer service about the delay. Customer service was responsive in both cases. I did get paid the full amount promised in both cases. As others have noted, Moola4books' method of payment through PayPal results in a fee being assessed. Payment received from other companies I have used did not result in such a fee. My suggestion to Moola4books would be to notify the sender as soon as their package has arrived in the Moola4books location along with an accurate estimate of when payment would be received. Summary: Pros: Good price, responsive customer service. Cons: Poor communication, slow service, PayPal fees assessed.

When they finally reviewed my order they claimed to have only received 2 out of the 3 books that I mailed them. I told the representative that this couldn't possibly be right, and she stated that maybe the package came open in transit and only 2 of 3 books were placed back in the package. I filed a BBB (Better Business Bureau) claim and the business didn't respond. I would not recommend doing business with this company unless you would like to give your books away for free.

I sold other books to another company at the same time and got payment within one week. I then sold a second group of books to the other company and again, got my check in the mail within a week. 	Mar 2011	Like others, I experienced quite the delay...supposedly because of the snowstorm. I shipped my books 01/24/2011; package was delivered to them 01/26/2011 (according to FedEx tracking information). It took until 02/19/2011 for them to send an email saying they received the books in their warehouse. 02/23/2011 I received an email from them saying they had issued my payment. I finally received my check on 03/11/2011. I think 45 days is too long a process for me to ever use them again.
	Mar 2011	I've had two transactions with this company. It took contacting the owner both times to get my order processed. This company is very slow to process orders so expect waiting a month and then cotacting customer service to get paid. I find it strange that my order is suddenly found after contacting customer service. The first order delay was blamed on a snowstorm. I gave the company a second chance and the second transaction wasn't any better. This company pays a little more for the books than other companies but I won't sell my books there again. It takes too much effort to get a payment processed.

The payment amount was good for the books. I would use them but if you want money within 2 to 3 I would recommend another site. That's understandable, however, you don't find this out until you actually email them about your textbook status. Order delays is the sort of information that should be prominently displayed on their homepage. If I do not have my check in a week, I will be reporting this company as fraud.

It took another 4 days for them to send my payment, even though they said it would be within 48 hours. Customer service was no help. They took a week to email me back and they failed to answer my question thoroughly. I was glad to receive the extra cash but would rather get a few bucks less and avoid the hassle. My recommendation is to buy insurance and tracking so there are no questions.

Since the other book sites can pay via paypal without it deducting a fee than so can Moola and I consider it unacceptable that they just allow their customers to loose the cost of the fee without even doing anything about it!

(At this time they have no phone number.) After verifying the account Paypal then charged ME a fee so I could accept my payment. I have not had this problem with Amazon, Powell's, sellbackyourbook,or webuytextbooks/textbooklink. Paypal said that was because they send their payments differently.
