	May 2012	I have dealt with these guys several times. At first I was leery because they don't provide tracking. I've had several bad experience with those vendors "losing" my packages. These guys are awesome! They email when they get it and are in contact right away if something is wrong. Fast payment! Will use regularly.

	Apr 2012	Okay vendor, took a while to get my payment, and I was only paid for 3 of the 4 books I sent in even though they were all brand new. And before receiving payment I was told that they took too long to arrive so I would not get paid for them (even though I sent them with their mailing label the day after I submitted the trade-in online). Bottom line is: They do pay, but I would use another vendor unless book it buyback.com is way higher $ than the others

I just got my payment in the mail and it was exactly seven calendar days from the date the package was sent and for the exact price quoted. my only feedback is that it would have been nice to receive an email notifying me the package was received, but other than that, 5/5 stars! will definitely use this company again!

	Oct 2011	My very first try at selling books online like this. They received my books and paid me within a week. After reviewing numerous reviews of this and other vendors, I was very very careful that the books I sent matched the requirements of the company I was sending them to.

I sent a book that was missing a CD and they still paid me the full quoted price (most sellers either reduce the amount or just don't buy textbooks with missing CDs). I was also paid very fast by Paypal. The whole process took less than a week, I think. I was very impressed with their customer service as well. There was a small problem with my buyback and after I emailed them, they resolved it within an hour. I would definitely use them again.

	May 2010	Great buyback company! I sent in a test book because it was a new, unrated company, and they were very fast with payment and processing. Their communications to the sellers are helpful and personable; I had used an e-mail that differed from my PayPal account e-mail, so they sent a message informing me of the error. Once I added the e-mail address to the PayPal account, the money was transferred immediately. A great new alternative for selling back books.
