	Oct 2011	My very first try at selling books online like this. They received my books and paid me within a week. After reviewing numerous reviews of this and other vendors, I was very very careful that the books I sent matched the requirements of the company I was sending them to.
	Oct 2011	My first transaction with this company went smoothly. I sent a book that was missing a CD and they still paid me the full quoted price (most sellers either reduce the amount or just don't buy textbooks with missing CDs). I was also paid very fast by Paypal. The whole process took less than a week, I think. I was very impressed with their customer service as well. There was a small problem with my buyback and after I emailed them, they resolved it within an hour. I would definitely use them again.
	Aug 2011	Used them for the first time-I shipped out to 3 companies, including Book it buyback. I had payment in my paypal account within 4 days of shipping! Very pleasantly surprised. The other 2 companies haven't even received my books yet, and its been over a week now. I will definitely use them again.

	May 2010	Great buyback company! I sent in a test book because it was a new, unrated company, and they were very fast with payment and processing. Their communications to the sellers are helpful and personable; I had used an e-mail that differed from my PayPal account e-mail, so they sent a message informing me of the error. Once I added the e-mail address to the PayPal account, the money was transferred immediately. A great new alternative for selling back books.

	May 2010	This company was unrated when I submitted my order, so I only sent two books as a test. They paid the full price quoted in a little over a week after I sent it. In my experience, the average payment time is two weeks to three weeks for other companies. The only drawback is that they do not pay the paypal fee as many other companies do. So expect to lose five percent of your payment if you use paypal. Other than that, a very positive experience.

	May 2010	I sent one book to test this buyback company as it was unrated. I shipped the book a little over a week ago and I just got paid the full amount quoted, minus the PayPal fee. So the transaction went well but the website is pretty bare bones. There does not seem to be a way to track a buyback order; you'd have to phone or email to try to get information. So, 4 stars at this point.
