	Jan 2012	I sent them two copies of the same textbook. On their website they clearly state that you can send in extra books but it may slow down the processing. I sent my two books in one box so that I knew they would get there together. They claim thay only got one copy of my book when they were in the same box. I emailed them about it and they would not give me an answer as to why. I tryed calling them but their phone system kept saying they werent open. I will never send them anything again even if they do have the best price.
	Jan 2012	I have done about 10 transactions with this company and so far, they have been very honorable and have always paid promptly.
	Dec 2011	I have sent them 28 shipments over the last 6 months. I have not had one book rejected and I have been paid in full for all of them in a timely manner. I have found, that like most reputable businesses, if I do what I promised - ship them good quality books, well packed, they do what they promised - send me a check for the full amount.
	Nov 2011	I have been selling books to this company for about 6 months (also known as textbooklink.com a division of Bunches of Books where the checks come from). I give the company five stars for the price they pay and prompt payment. However, I give them three stars for customer service (two of my inquiries about shipments they never answered). I give their website(textbooklink.com) one star because so many times when I try to use the site to get buyback prices the site is terribly slow or down or acts strange (I can't print the buyback order) or my "buyback bag" empties for no reason and I have to start all over. Also, they rely on USPS(post office) and twice they've told my shipment has arrived with an empty carton.

I just receive an email saying that they could not pay me for my books because I only sent one of the books I was supposed to. I have done this many times and no other vendor has ever denied me payment because I decided not to send a book. The said they will just be getting rid of my book and I am out 18.20.

	Aug 2011	They quoted me for 29 books that were in very good condition with all media intact for a total of $420. When they received the books they refused to pay me and they refused to send the books back stating that they will donate them. They are also textbooklink.com. BUYER BEWARE!!!
	Aug 2011	They paid me the prices I was quoted (which were the highest I've seen to date for those particular books) and I received my check quickly. I wasn't docked despite not having the original software for one textbook (perhaps since it was an outdated floppy disk). They sent a notification when the shipment arrived so no complaints about communication in my case. I did not regret giving them a chance despite some of the negative reviews that gave me pause.
	Aug 2011	I sent an order on 7/9/11 requesting payment via PayPal. The site showed the order received but no payment was issued after a week. I contacted them and they told me they were having issues with PayPal. They would contact accounting. I was then told I would get a check sent to me and that my account would get switched to checks only. In the meantime, I sent another order on 7/19/11. I was okay with them sending me a check for that order as well. As of now, I do not know if a check is in the mail for my 2 orders as I have not received payment. I would have appreciated email notice regarding the PayPal issue sooner as I prefer PayPal for the convenience. I am not encouraged to use this company any longer as I put too much effort into book hunting for vendors not to pay me on a timely basis.
	Jul 2011	I have used We Buy Textbooks twice, and in both cases, service has been exceptionally quick, and I received what was quoted. I would highly recommend this vendor.
	Jul 2011	I got what I was quoted for from this company for my book. However, they don't tell you anything. For example, if they received it, or when they will give you back the money. After five days of not having anything show on my paypal, I tried contacting them. They didn't respond, but a couple of days later, they put the money in my paypal account. I guess you would have to risk it, in a sense, with most of these buyback book companies, except for bookstores.com, in which they tell you they received it, and everything.
	Jul 2011	I sold books to three companies, including Webuybooks. This is the only one that did not pay me in a timely manner. I was told I would receive payment in two business days, but after five days I still hadn't been paid. My account with them says they paid me through Paypal, but they haven't. I contacted them and they seemed to not really know if they paid me or not, saying that they will notify accounting. Don't make the same mistake I did; check out their BBB rating first. Not A+.
	Jul 2011	Initially, I was very pleased with my experience with webuytextbooks.com. However, when I confronted them about not recieving part of the money I was owed, they decided to tell me then that they would not purchase the book because pages were ripped, making it not up to their quality. This might have been the case except that of the three books I sent to them for buyback, this one was in the best condition. I had purchased it new and never even used it, so the damage they claim existed just doesn't seem possible. In addition, their policy to not return books to the sender if they are not accepted seems a bit sleezy. It makes me wonder if they deny books in perfect condition just to sell them themselves for a high profit. Overall, I would not recommend Webuytextbooks.com and feel like I was cheated out of a substantial amount of money by this company.

	Jul 2011	I sent books off to four different textook buyers at the same time. One of these "WeBuyTextbooks" was the slowest of all four to acknowledge receipt of my books. And I don't mean by a day or two either. They claim that PayPal payments will be made two business days after receiving the books. Well, two days have passed since the time they claim they received my books and still no payment. With all the other choices for book buybacks, this place should be your last choice, at least based on my experiences as of July 8th, 2011. I will never use them again.

	Jun 2011	I checked around and they gave me the BEST price on books out of everywhere I searched! As soon as I entered UPC numbers and had a final list of books, it led me to the shipping label! The shipping was free, fast, and super easy!! I shipped these books on a Thursday, and the exact quote that they gave me on my books was in my PayPal on Tuesday! Great, fast service! Even had a question and called their customer service, VERY helpful and nice! I will do business with them again and recommend them to you! If you have a question about their quoting price and the condition of your book, call them! Make sure they will give you that amount of money if your book isn't in very good condition! 	May 2011	I highly recommend you avoid this textbook buyer at all costs. I sent them a pristine Statistics textbook which included the CD accessory. I was quoted $60 for the buyback. I was only paid $15. They stated that it was a "free" book, however, I still have the original receipt showing what I paid for the book. They stated they would discard or donate the text, and I have no doubt that is completely untrue. No one would discard a perfectly resalable expensive textbook. They will resell it for a large profit at the expense of my misplaced trust. I recommend sticking with honest vendors like Amazon. They at least communicate with sellers and will return a text they find they do not want instead of keeping it, lying about its disposition, and profiting from these poor business practices. I asked for my book back so that I could sell it to others who made acceptable offers to me, but they refused to do so. Essentially, this organization stole $45 from me, and they should not be allowed to get away with it. Again, avoid repeating my mistake at all costs.

	Dec 2010	I will preface this review by saying I've had several flawless transactions with WeBuyTextbooks.com but it's always the bad instances people write about. They claimed UPS misdelivered the last package I sent and their customer service is anything but helpful. I've made a claim with UPS but it's been about a month since I've heard from them so I guess I'm out $127. Needless to say I won't be using WBT.com again and you shouldn't either.

	May 2010	I sold one book to them. After nearly 4 weeks, I checked on the status, which told me my book had been received and processed 4 weeks prior. I emailed them, and their response said the check was issued the day my book was processed, and to allow up to 30 days for the check to be mailed. It's been more than 30 days at this point and still nothing. I've emailed them again so we'll see if they redeem themselves. Long story short, if it takes this much babysitting for them to do business correctly, then they shouldn't be in business.

I had to email them about a slight tech prob, but Christy( service rep ) helped me. Shipped my 75 books on the 3rd of this month, they recieved this morning and I got my entire payment they quoted me. Great Company to work with. Will do business with them again.
