My emails have gone unanswered, except to notify me that my buyback would be reduced, AFTER I had submitted & verified/shipped the buyback.
The buyback was 1 DVD, rather obscure, which they offered over $51 for. After I confirmed & shipped, they said they could only pay me $37. I paid for delivery confirmation, and saw that it was delivered, yet have heard nothing.
I will stick to the RELIABLE buyers like CKY, Powell's, and Textbooksrus, Bookjingle from now on. They might not offer the top price offered, but I NEVER have issue with them paying in a timely fashion.

Other than that, they paid me $77 when other companies were offering $8. And I got a quick response when I emailed asking if they received the book. I will absolutely sell to them again.
