	Jan 2012	There is a hidden $3 fee if you send your books through fedex. Was not aware of this and did not expect it since I sent books to 3 or 4 other places around the same time and none had such a fee. When I called they agreed to give me the money back because there was a promotion to wave the fee that started the day after I placed my order, otherwise I probably would've been SOL. OK experience otherwise. They get 2 stars because the fee was not mentioned up-front or in any of the emails they sent only written in smaller print under the fedex options. Felt a bit like a bait and switch since they advertise free shipping.

Since I handed it right to the lady at the post office on the same day I handed her about two dozen other packages of books to mail, as I do pretty regularly, and all of those books managed to get where they were going, as they do pretty regularly, I am way more inclined to blame SellBackYourBook.com for me being out both books and money right now. Whether the root of the problem is malice or incompetence will have to remain a mystery.
	Nov 2011	I had a very positive experience. One book in my order was refused, but the why and wherefore were clearly laid out for me. Payment was fast in coming even though I changed the method of payment from 'check' to 'PayPal'.

	Oct 2011	I sent them two packages of books. One package $22 dollars value of books. Another package $75 value of books. After more than 2 months they paid me only $22. Looks like they pay only if the books are cheap. This is not serious business. They promise you high prices on books and if you send them the books you don't get paid. Not recommended!

	Aug 2011	Excellent experience! No problems. They had a special offer where you could ship by Fed Ex for free (no $3.00 charge). I took advantage of it as Fed Ex has tracking and insurance is included in the shipping price, and everything went fine. I was given full payment in my Paypal account in a very timely manner.

Very speedy transactions both times - 9 days from mailing (using the free media mail label) to payment being added to my paypal account. They paid what they quoted, in one case, $12+ for a book that was quoted at no more than $5 by anyone else.

Almost all of my books were rejected by this buyer. Beware of your dealings with them and select from the best of the bookscouter's list.

When I went to see what the asking price was now, it was much lower than I originally got quoted from any of the buybook places. I am quite upset about the situation. I would never use them.

The book was a very unique and valuable book then if you want the items back they charge $3.99 which is much more than the actual shipment of the book. Don't get hosed by this company.
	Mar 2010	Overall, SBYB is a good company. They pay very well for most books and the processing time is above average. However, if your order is marked as being "manually processed" for some reason, be prepared for your emails requesting an explanation to be ignored. My order was received on the 2nd. It was marked for "manual processing" and four emails later I still don't know why.
