New Vendor Information

BookScouter.com is the most comprehensive website of its kind, and would like to continue to include as many book and textbook buyback companies as possible. If you have a website that buys books, we'd like to include your prices on BookScouter.com as well.

Requirements

• You must have a buyback website that allows a customer to complete a transaction
• Your company must demonstrate the ability to correctly price, receive, and process buyback transactions
• You must provide an API from which BookScouter.com can obtain your prices. It must be able to handle tens of thousands of requests per day.
• We charge a $300 implimentation fee. (This fee is waived if you have an affiliate program)

Preferred Vendor Requirements

"Preferred Vendors" on the site are those that are displayed by default to users of the site. Preferred vendors receive aproximately 10x more exposure on the site than regular vendors. With so much extra exposure, we have some additional requirements to ensure that BookScouter.com users have the best experience possible:

• Your company must maintain excellent feedback ratings on BookScouter.com
• Your API must be able to process over 100k requests per day
• Must demonstrate the ability to handle a large volume of orders
• Must offer a competitive affiliate program with a good payment history
